Karl Thompson 

My career started in Residential remodeling. After several years I desired a stronger knowledge of residential construction and the remodeling trades. I subsequently enrolled in Community College where I received my associate's degree in Air Conditioning and Heating. While working in the HVAC field I've gain vast experience in plumbing and electrical. After working with A/C companies, I decided to start my own company in the late 80's thru early 2000's.

Working in this field ultimately led to obtaining a position in a high rise commercial building in the HVAC Dept. Years later I was promoted to Chief Building Engineer working in class A/B high-rise building within the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area ranging from 125,000 square feet to 1.2 million square feet complex. My area of responsibilities included but not limited to; Construction Manager of tenant improvement/tenant build-out, contract negotiations, budgeting, assisting with property development and improvement projects, and partnering with Property Managers and Building Owners.

My background has now led me into what I call MY PASSION, you guessed it...Inspections!

It just made sense to combine my job skills with my people skills. My background and experience has afforded me to do WHAT I LOVE, servicing others. So here I am… ProView Inspection Services at your service!
